First time here and the Tire cleaner and spot free rinse didn’t work in the bay I was in. Foam brush fitting wasn’t tight and sprayed on me. Had to hold fitting on foam brush so the soap could come out. Nice that you could use a credit card but wasted money waiting for the spray functions to work but didn’t.

What are the rankings took my money one of the car washes didn't work the incense spray never spread out anything there was no soap when I was washing the car couldn't even use a scrubber because it only came out of the top. Do not waste your money

Carwash seems to do good job overall. I had some issues with the bay I was in trying to use a credit card but it didn’t work and had to move to a different bay. No big deal but the bay I moved to didn’t seem to have much, if any, soap coming out. The water pressure was good so it worked out ok for my purposes but still! I had just come from the Lighthouse car was on 21st and it stole my money and was missing pressure handles on most of the bays… I gave up and was just happy to have a car wash that worked!!

Stole my money. Car wash did not work in anyway. Sprayer was broken. There was a hole in the hose that fed the brushes. Tire cleaner didn't come out. The whole thing is a huge mess. And the top it off the phone just rings busy if you try to contact them. Do better.

This was definitely the worst car wash I've ever visited. First bay I went in didn't have a credit card reader, even though the sign out front says they take credit cards. Went to the bay next to the automatic bay, and that's when things started going further downhill.First, no pre-soak. I paid for 20 seconds of pre-soak, but nothing happened. Next, no tire cleaner. I paid for at least 10 seconds of that, but nothing happened again. If you don't have products, that's fine, but you could at least put a sticker on the panel to make it clear those aren't available options.Now for the really bad part. I typically don't use the brushes, but I had a lot of pollen and bird droppings to deal with, so I did this time. I noticed the soap was blue, which is different. The brush had a leaky fitting where the hose connects to the wand, so I ended up getting soap on me in a few places. I go to rinse it off when I'm done with the brush, only to realize that it's dyed my skin! So now, a day later, I still have blue dye on my foot (from wearing sandals), my leg and both arms from where the soap dripped from that connection.I was able to wash most of it away, but it's still visible and I assume I'll be "wearing" it for another day or two.I'm going to guess they're using soap intended for an automatic wash in the manual bays, as you wouldn't expect to have the manual bays using products that might cause damage to clothes and dye skin being used there. Please, if you're reading this, please change to a more appropriate soap for the manual bays!

One of the worst car wash facilities I have ever been to. No water pressure what so ever. Took forever to rinse the soap. Half the options didn't work. I will never go back. I hardly ever give a place bad reviews.
