“This location employees are some of the nicest friendly faces I’ve seen in Newark, Ohio. I have never had a bad experience or vibe. They are accommodating very easy going and they definitely strive to make you happy and comfortable in the car that fits you. They check in on you see how you are doing how your rental is going and if you need anything they are a phone call away! I would not care to rent any other company in Newark. And they get you checked in and on your way swiftly. Even during a busy time they are greeting you apologizing for the wait and keeping hard at work.”
