“We had our carpets installed a few months ago when we moved into our new house. The demo and installation crew was efficient and did a great job. Nice Carpets offered competitive pricing and I would much rather support local than spend my money at a big box store that would just hire it out to a third party. We really liked the quality of the carpets, too.

The representative who worked with us to select the product and get the logistics of our installation was very helpful, too. We had a very positive experience with almost the entire process. We had specifically planned our move around the dates of the carpet installation to avoid the hassle of moving furniture, etc. However, there was a miscommunication/ordering hiccup that resulted in our carpet order arriving late. The owner got involved to make things right and the crew still just barely finished before our move-in date.

If it weren’t for that mistake pushing our move deadline to the very last day, I would have given Nice Carpets the fifth star. I think this was likely a one-off scenario, so I would still highly recommend them and encourage anyone shopping around to support local.”
