I needed to discuss my accounts due to receiving a notice that I would be charged high fees for my current accounts, and possibly the ones that they want to switch me to. I called and got an automated service that will not let you talk to a representative. I had to hit all kinds of different numbers until it connected me and I was able to make an appointment with their one and only person they have to talk to. However, now, do to work, I need to cancel my appointment. I keep calling, hitting all sorts of numbers and it finally starts ringing. But then, it keeps saying all are busy and call later. I have called and called and called and called etc.. however, noone answers.. I must be old school and actually want to talk to someone...not do it automated!! Not that I can cancel the appointment on the automated system anyway.. This is enough to make me want to switch banks.UPDATE - After actually getting a person to talk to, it ended up working out and I got all of my questions answered. I'm raising my stars to 3.

Extremely disappointed and unhappy with the service, this is now the third weekend in a row I've stopped by to pull money out at the ATM and the ATM has not been working. The last two times I've had to waste my gas and drive all the way over to the heath location, this time I had to drive over to fifth third where they charge me a $3.50 fee and I know Chase is going to charge me another fee on top of that. There's absolutely no reason the ATM should be down on a weekend. I will be walking in on Monday to talk with the manager.

Had such a wonderful experience with Jodi Stephen She took the time to go the extra mile and help me get a account set up even though they were getting ready to close. The customer service was greatly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

We really love the Newark Chase location! The staff are so helpful ... taking such good care of our needs. We have regular quarterly meetings to go over our investments...and they are so informative on new financial updates. Good job team!

Very rude employee!! I was in the drive thru at 4:55, there was a car in front of me that was making a transaction. When they were done and pulled away i pulled forward and the employee shut the thing so you could not get the device to send in your info. So i waited a minute thinking mabye she was doing something. Then she proceeded to tell me that since the car in front of me had such a large transaction she couldn't help me. Hiw us tbe person's transaction ahead of me have anything to do with me? Also she did not have to be rude about it either!

I have always had pleasant experiences with this location whether it was in the drive through or in person. The lobby was clean and the staff was professional. No complaints.

They allowed someone to withdrawal money from my account without matching a signature or verifying identification. Beware. They'll allow anyone access to your money.

The slowest drive through I have ever been too. Slower than waiting in line at Walmart on the first of the month. 0 reguard for their customers. No sense of urgency

*This was a call in* Extremely rude service! Told me they didn’t know what I wanted them to do about it! I was simply trying to get information on a transaction on my account that we didn’t recall making. I asked if she could give me more info to see if I’d recall the transaction. She never asked my name or account info and said I can see what you can see so I don’t know what you want me to do about it! She then said do you want to dispute it or not and I said that’s what I’m trying to decide I don’t want to dispute it until I know it in fact wasn’t me or my husband! In the rudest, snottiest voice she continued to say there was nothing she could do I told her she was being a *explicit* and I wanted to speak with a manager she hung up on me! Called back the manager Took her side and said I shouldn’t have used foul language! Called Heath branch didn’t even tell them the story just restarted my question they gave me the exact answers I was looking for and was polite and helpful thank you Heath branch!
