I can’t say enough good things about Eric’s Complete Auto! As a single mom, unexpected car repairs can be incredibly stressful, but Eric and his team truly went above and beyond. They got my car in quickly and had the repair done in no time — fast, efficient, and with excellent communication every step of the way. It’s not easy finding a place you can trust, but they made me feel completely taken care of without trying to upsell or take advantage. Their honesty, kindness, and quality work are second to none. Extremely awesome service for an extremely expensive price. Had a car that was rare and hard to work on and these guys did the best work there is but hot damn come in there with a thick wallet.

Had my car here for a day or so to try to find an oil leak. They ended up replacing my valve cover gasket and the leak wasnt fixed. Recently I did an oil change on my car and the filter cap was on so tight that it was squishing out of the threads on the bottom of my block. It took a 2 1/2 foot breaker bar to lossen my filter cap. Unbelievable and worse part was they charged me over $380 dollars for a valve cover gasket I paid for. Amy was awesome and was really helpful but the work was well below standard. Wouldn’t recommend.

My car recently stopped accelerating past 10mph and would jerk aggressively back and forth if I tried to drive. I have never had to see a mechanic in my life. I called Eric’s auto because they had great reviews! I was extremely worried about my car and what the cost would be to have my it fixed. I called and a wonderful lady answered the phone and let me get my car towed to them, where it sat over the weekend because they were closed. Monday morning she called me with what was going on and broke down the pricing for me. She even took the extra time to answer all of my questions! They fixed my car promptly the same day. I was so thrilled with this experience. They really helped ease my stress and get my van back up and running safely. I highly recommend them! Not only are they fast, caring and professional, their prices are fair too!

So far I've only just brought my car in but I'm already impressed. It's going to take a little work and be in for a little while.The lady who runs the office is really nice. Good communication. Honest expectations given to me.When the mechanic called, they let me know they went over it from bumper to bumper to let me know exactly what it was going to need and even broke it down to which things were more immediate and which things could wait. They let me know what my options would be, taking into account cost as well as time. No pressure at all from the mechanic or the office.Genuinely was given the impression and feeling that they would take care of my car as if I was family. I will update later once work is done but so far I've got the feeling this is going to be my regular mechanic :-)

We have been going to Eric’s complete auto repair for the last few times we’ve had issues with my son’s Envoy. Eric went well above and beyond to get my sons vehicle safe and fixed. He was also able to helps us when we were in the worst jam ever!!! I highly recommend Eric for all your vehicle needs. His work ethic is amazing and the way he cares about his clients safety astounds me. He is aware of my sons diability and is just simply amazing when dealing with him.
