This was the easiest phone buying and service transition we have ever experienced, and so far service is better too! The staff here were friendly, knowledgeable of their work, and the options available for us. The process was fast and we walked out with new phones, cases, screen protectors, all set up and ready to go. Highly recommend this location in Newark, Ohio.

Horrible, horrid, scam artists! Over charged me by $200 then told me they couldn't and wouldn't fix! Will be losing two customers and will nor ever recommend Cricket Wireless to a soul!

I hate their website so we go to the store and there are 3 customers ahead of us. We were there over 20 minutes before 1 customer was handled, and I have no idea how long they were there before us. I know that stores don't have the labor they need but one person doing it all isn't gonna work, so after 35-40 minutes we realized this was going to take forever, and we have lives. So now we are checking out spectrum and you might lose 3 customers
