“The service reps are great. They had about any quality of phone that you can image. My monthly plan is only &40 and that includes tax which my former company neglected to tell me about all the extra fees. The rep said it was $40 and that’s exactly what I pay. They said I could save an extra $5 off my bill with auto pay. Ask for Lonnie. I couldn’t believe they were still working there from when I used to go in with parents when I was a child.”

“What a bunch of guys, everyone of them down here will go above and beyond to help out! If you need any appliances or furniture stop in and speak with one of them. Even if it's something that you need that they do not have, that would not be an issue. For example, I've seen them special order items for customers that I wouldn't have thought of getting from a rental store.. ?. They are not in the rental business, they are in the customer service business. So I am recommending Sunrise over all of the other rental stores in the area. I'd rather deal with a family owned and operated business than I would one of the chain franchises for sure. Be smart, stop here first!
Its more than the initial rental or purchase, like I said, customer service is what comes first. They are more than willing to work with your budget, and do all they can to make sure you leave the store more joyful than when you entered. FACTS!!!”
