Charlie and his team do an amazing job of encouraging me, holding me accountable and motivating me all at the same time. If you want to work fitness and exercise into your life and just don't know how or where to start, EP Fitness is for you.

I've really enjoyed my almost 9 months of membership at EP. I never thought I could actually enjoy working out! All the trainers are phenomenal and really care about your whole well-being. If you are on the fence about joining, just do it!
