I take a prescription for narcolepsy. They questioned me like i was a addict because of the dosage and it being extended release. What gives them the right to question a doctor that is one of the best in his specialty on what he prescribed and dosage.

I've been coming here for many years for my entire family, but I'm tired of feeling like an inconvenience to the staff. They will leave you standing at the counter or at the drive up window and blatantly ignore you. When they finally do help you, it's rude and cold. The customer service is absent and instead we are clearly a bother to the staff. Perhaps when they realize that the customer is the only reason they're in business, things will change. Until then, my family will go elsewhere.

I’ve been filling our prescriptions here for a couple years but they have been going downhill fast they never have refills ready they wait until you are there to tell you they have to order them, other times they tell you they will be ready then you show up and they aren’t ready, there’s one lady who answers the phone and is always rude and never tells her name, they claim their system goes down so they can’t let you pick up your prescriptions. Also the drive thru window is closed half of the time due to “short staffing” so if you are handicap too bad! I will be switching when next refill comes due.

I was recommended to Giant Eagle pharmacy by my doctor for hard to fill prescriptions. Not only did they have it ready for me within an hour but all of my insurance info had been sent electronically as well. The staff are friendly and it seemed to be a very well organized workplace. Price was less expensive too!

They always make you wait to get your refills and they tell you that it will be ready by a certain time and when you go they don't have it ready and want you to come back later. Terrible customer service

Horrible customer service from one particular lady. Who never gives her name so I do not know it. She mumbles and is EXTREMELY rude. Not personably or friendly whatsoever. If I knew her name, I would personally suggest she find another career field as customer service is clearly not the job for her.
