The Heath Giant Eagle has not been the same after COVID. It is like no one cares. Never any hot food that you would eat. No one wants to wait on you at the deli, if it is even open. Bakery isn't any better. They just have went down hill which is a shame. We loved shopping here prior to COVID, now it's rare unless we are going to the pharmacy or liquor store.

Well this store is disgusting I bought microwave bacon and ITS MOLDED!!DISGUSTING YOU PEOPLE SHOULD PAY ATTENTION TO THE CHEAP FOOD YOU BUY! ILL NEVER BUY FOOD FROM THERE AGAIN!. Besides Kroger is twice as cheap and better selection. Minus 5 stars and the prices here are ridiculous like 10 bucks for 4 ribs with barely any sauce on them and look like they been sitting here for a month

Fantastic place to grocery shop! I’ve NEVER had a bad experience there. I really like the produce selection. Staff and mgmt seem really top shelf, too.

I drove 30 miles specifically for the GIANT EAGLE Bakery. There were NO Cakes, Cookies, ANY pastries in the Case! There were ROACHES on the Footlong Hotdog buns!! There was NO Manager or Employee to tell this to. Walked out & went to KROGER on 21st Street.

If you need a good cake for any occasion, go to Giant Eagle! The best cake I've ever bought at a grocery store! It was beautifully decorated, and cost about $5 more than other grocery store cakes, but WELL WORTH THE $5! Highly recommend!
