Quick turnaround time from the initial call to when they could get me in. James (the owner) and John were great to work with and their pricing was very reasonable. I’ve taken my vehicles to Good Guys Garage on and off for nearly a decade and will continue to do so, as they operate with integrity and stand behind their work. Also, don’t forget to ask them about tires. I got better tires at a lower cost through them than I was looking at had I purchased tires through the Ford dealership I got my Escape from.

My son had tires put on front end on car, first a tech drove his car into shop with the emergency brake on, my son had to stop him and tell him to remove the brake. Before car was taken into shop it had no alignment issues, I verified before leaving . After my sons appt, he came back furious because the steering had become affected, and pulled to the right , a noticeable problem, immediately following the mount and balance. I called shop some flunky named James spoke to me and my son. He was completely unprofessional, took no responsibility for the problem, instigated for my son to come back and fight him. Extremely rude, .. dont go get any work done here. How does a so called man have a business when he acts like child and encourages customers to come back for an altercation. Smh.

Do not use this garage, they are not reputable. I took my car there to have new tires installed as we have done in the past. This time they scraped up the inside of my rim getting the tire on or off. (Scrape is inside the bead) We went back for them to see it and they would not accept ownership of the damages nor did they offer to repair the rim.

Doesn’t even deserve one star, they said that my front tie rod didn’t need fix but the fix every other one, got in a car accident about a week later due to my drive side tie rod going out. Almost died.

I had been trying to seat the bead on a motorcycle tire I was swapping to the dark side (aka mounting a CT tire on it and could not get it to go so I decided to call these gentlemen's he told me to stop on down by I went down there he had the bead seated in less than 10 minutes and did it for free this is a fantastic tire shop to go to for all your needs
