Ordered Daphodils for my wife because it is her favorite flower. They substituted for tulips without contacting me. When we contacted them about it, they treated us like we were trying to get free stuff. The daphodils were the entire reason for ordering from them. 3 stars seems fair considering they are swapping out for the right order. They made it VERY clear that we will be SWAPPING and that we couldn't keep the original. We didn't want to keep it, we want what we paid for.
