Very diligent work done. Got the wire in the ground efficiently and was very patient with our stubborn puppy. Highly recommend for your pups to enjoy some freedom and space but most importantly safety/peace of mind! Tuckered out from training already :)

Have been thrown through many loops with this company. Beware that they do not accept refunds, even for completely unopened products... A $500 purchase on a replacement collar, with zero refunds, is pretty fishy to me. I'm really hoping someone can make this right and give me a full refund.

Marcia was very informative and knowledgeable. The guy who did the installation (forgot his name) was great. Very professional and cleaned up after he was done. He also did the initial training and explained the whole system. Very happy.

I had a fabulous experience with Fairview Invisible Fence out of Newark, OH.The system works wonderfully and my two pugs are enjoying their freedom.Paul was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was working perfectly.Marcia was awesome and professional and Abbey was a great trainer.I would highly recommend the system to anyone. Great people with a great product!

We had our fence installed in 2017, and it has worked great. Staff was very professional and helpful. They are always quick to respond. I forgot to order my batteries in a timely manner this time. I received a note after ordering that they may be delayed during shipping due to the season, but they were not. I got them sooner than expected. Very appreciative of their fast response despite my lack of planning.

I really doubted doing an in ground fence. We have had store bought ones in the past and my dogs have always got out. We put up a fence and they destroyed it. After researching I decided to go with invisible fence. I have 2 big pitbulls. They have yet to go past that line it's been a month!. I also got a shield gate and it works perfect. The trainers were great with my dogs. Marcia has been very quickly to respond to my questions. My dog also chewed her collar the first week and they replaced it that same day. I highly recommend this company they are not messing around. Very professional.

So, I was not completely happy with the service I received previously. They came out today to fix my dogs fence and found some errors that were made years ago. They crew and the owners made it right for us for almost no cost to us. Thank you for taking care of this. I am truly happy with this company. Would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family

We had our fence installed last Friday by Damon. He was great with his service and people commented on how you can’t even tell until your up on the area anything had been done. This was a day after we got a lot of rain and our yard was not one bit tore up. Damon did a training session with us to show us how to work with our Reese. Recently had an invisible fence installed with the newest system. The sales rep did a nice job with her presentation and answering questions. I felt she could have added even more value with a follow up call after the install. The install itself was great and the installer explaining everything in detail did great. We were able to accomplish our goal with the invisible fence. Customer service has been great with answering a couple questions and also came out to help fix an issue with the collar. Over all... great experience.
