Customer Service is horrid, after our unit was broken into (the only one) yet whole lock missing, no damage to door. and conviently cameras pointed down as to not see our unit. There's only one way in and out so those camera's saw something. Gates are not locked or secure as what we were told, even the officer who made the report stated it probably was an "inside job" The owners and management do not seemed concerned at all...if your able to even get ahold of them. unfortunately had I seen previous reviews, almost all have the same story as ours. I would not have trusted this business at all.
