I was having my transmission checked for some concerns. Jim checked the entire transmission, drove it and found nothing wrong. And no charge to spend his time going over everything. He has worked on our vehicles over the years and I will certainly bring cars to him for future transmission work.

The owner was amazing!!!!! I would give 100 stars if I could. I got stuck in the Walmart parking lot this morning & exhausted all options of family to help. I called Jim’s & explained what was going on to the best of my ability and without a second thought he closed down his shop to run over to where I was without even knowing if he could fix it or not. Educated me on what was wrong & a possible recall & kept me calm. He fixed the issue & sent me on my way. He even went as far as to call me back once I got home to let me know how/ what to say to Ford so I can get my car fixed. He definitely went above and beyond. Even told me to call him with an update & any questions. Will be going to him with every issue in the future! Definitely a company that cares about your safety and puts the customer first before the dollar.

I was blown away by the fair prices by far the best transmission shop in town very knowledgeable with no hidden fees or extra stuff added to the bill at the end highly recommend

Extremely thoughtful and explicit in his explanations of what he is trying to say. Extremely fair pricing and quality work. I had a solenoid plug replacement that was far cheaper than I thought it could be.

Replaced a transmission on my 2015 GMC Yukon XL. Had issues with a hairline crack and Terry was willing to pull it every time until he got it right. Finally found the issue and then proceeded to give me a gas card for the inconvenience of the ongoing issue that was resolved. I will send everyone that I know that direction. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a service provider. The shop ran an engine and transmission diagnostic check when the shop doesn’t service my particular car.
