DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Incredibly rude management they stand around and let people get 10 Deep in one check out lane when it's busy and just stand around and do nothing and don't open a lane. Half the products are expired they don't care. Never more than one or two full service lanes open they blame people calling off well then get your management in gear, and work yourselves instead of standing around being lazy pieces of crap! Horrific store!!!

Curbside pickup is terrible. At least 5 times in a few months I've had my order delayed for more than 24 hours, and they weren't big orders either. They don't answer the phone when you call either. I can only assume they are extremely understaffed which is the fault of management, not the workers. Maybe if you pay people decently they'd show up to work. The staff is generally friendly when you do interact with them, but the convenience of curbside pick up becomes very much an inconvenience when I have to go in shopping and paying twice for items I need before they get around to fulfilling the order since you can't cancel items once ordered for pickup

Been there 3 times in 2 days looking for the Powerade 8pks that are on sale. Nothing on the shelves. Yet there web page says it's in stock.

Warning! Warning! Warning! Even though you clip a product in the Kroger app. Check your receipt... This happens almost Everytime. Gift cards are the same ... It will not give you the discount they advertise. Check your receipt if you think I'm lying. Every week all year long I'm first to wait in there customer service line. Even the employee's say this happens all the time, but wait in line and they will correct it manure ... Also realize this they almost always short change fuel point on gift cards ... You will not get the 4x points. They almost always give you 2x points even if you clip the 4x points in your Kroger app. This to is almost Everytime this year. I count number cost in my head, if you get a high grocery bill and no fuel point .... Krogers, just like me, ripped you off because you DID NOT CHECK Your RECEIPT!!!! SUCKERS!!!!!!You will see these SCAM yourself if you just check your receipt . This is not an isolated SHAM!!!!..... Are we that everyone Kroger sucker today? ... Beware!!!! Today they almost got me for $4 on $26 spent . 5 items waited in line to fix this SHAM AGAIN!!!!!... NUTS! Hate Krogers!!

They are literally always out of everything. They never stock this store enough. The store is always a disaster plus the way it’s set up nothing makes sense. You can’t find shit. Horrible customer service but you would think with this being the largest Kroger in our area that they would stock it to where they’re not always running out everything they stock it like it’s a gas station

I can buy $200.00 worth of groceries but cannot buy Kroger brand eggs for a pick up? They are "delivery only". So you have to take the coupon they send and actually go in store to get your eggs. You can however get the expensive $5.00 a dozen name brand ones as a pick up. This makes zero sense.

My pickup orders keep getting moved or cancelled. I've started using the Walmart next door and have never had this problem. I don't plan on using them anymore.

Super nice store. Very clean. I couldn’t find the tea aisle and asked a staff person for help and they said it was in the market area and pointed towards the fruits and veggies. I wasn’t sure as I walked that way so asked another staff person and they said it’s “behind the bread”. I headed to the bread area but wasn’t sure so asked a third staff person in the bakery and she happily walked me to the aisle with the tea. She was also very friendly and patient so third time was a charm.

Customer care is awful. Out of too much on Sundays after they haven't restocked after Saturday. One worker in Deli, so you're waiting quite awhile. One butcher on duty putting meat out that's not weighed or priced. Pay a visit to Carfagna's to see how it's done right.

DO NOT order Clicklist pick up!!! I am so angry and frustrated. We have ordered clicklist pickup 5 different times and every time it gets pushed back by a day. Every. Single. Time. Half the time they don't notify you either to let you know they are running behind and won't have your order ready, so be prepared to arrive and get turned away because it won't be ready until the next day. Our most recent order, was placed for pickup yesterday. They failed to notify me upon pick up. I just called them this morning at 9:30am to ask if it was ready, and CSE Brandon stated to me, "No, it's not ready yet. You should be able to pick it up at 5pm today." I said, "Unfortunately, I have an event to be at 5pm. It can't be ready any earlier?" Brandon stated, "Well, it might be, but I can't guarantee it. We're also trying to keep up with today's orders."
I am freaking LIVID. You're telling me you're working on orders placed for today and not getting orders completed that should have been completed YESTERDAY first?! That is absolutely asinine. I have a lot of patience and understanding, but that is the last straw for me. Why would anyone think it's okay to be completing newer orders first before getting your already PREVIOUS LATE orders completed FIRST. DO NOT ORDER from their clicklist pick up option. You will 100% be disappointed and frustrated.

The grocery pickup is getting worse and worse. Normally a couple hours late. Today I had to call them at 4 hours late and still not ready. Maybe they should limit number of orders they take? Or get some of the managers that stand around talking to do some shopping??

This Kroger pharmacy team is very unprofessional. They are very rude and cut you off when you are speaking. I am disabled with bad lungs and a bad heart and was unable to walk into the store to get a medication that couldn’t fit in the tube. At every other Kroger I’ve ever used they would bring it to the door if that was an issue. The pharmacy stuff here are difficult to work with. They refuse to bring the medication to the door and told me they aren’t doing it to deal with it. I talked to Cody the manager on duty today I’m sure other people have had issues with him specifically. To sum this up Cody your moms ho3.
