The two ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and sweet! I forgot not to drink soda, they went out of their way to call the doctor for me to see if it was okay due to me commuting from Canal Winchester. They got the labs done, we had great conversation, and she also jotted down on my paperwork that my labs were already done so I wouldn't get double poked when I go in for my heart x-ray. 🙂 TYSM!

Don't let the bad reviews keep you from coming here for lab work. I had an appt today. I checked in from my phone. They texted me within a minute saying I could come in. I went in, gave my sample and left. I was in there for under 5 minutes. And the worker was super nice.

This lab has always been super helpful. Ive had to bring in my son (and myself)several times. My son literally screams when he sees a needle. They still work with us well! I highly recommend this location

Staff super nice, professional and friendly, in and out quickly, environment was clean. Staff who drew my blood was very proficient. Will return if ever in need of their services again.

They were having some technical issues, but still got us in in a fair amount of time. Super nice ladies there did a great job drawing blood on my nervous 11yr old. I would definitely come here again!

The lady I've dealt with the past two times has been excellent; she is very kind and thorough, and made the actual blood-draw process surprisingly quick and nearly painless which is very impressive. They were also very quick getting around to me. I would recommend this facility.

Horrible Horrible service. They did not follow chain of custody practices with my drug test. Nothing was labeled or signed for during my tests. They walked out with my unlabeled bottle and set it next to an unlabeled tube of blood from God knows who. They did the same for all 6 tests I took there. I have failed 5 out of 6 tests in the last two years due to labcorps failures. I am now on my own with no medication because of their failure to properly test. Run from them if you need medical help for a legitimate medical problem.
