They have fantastic customer care service!! We are traveling across the USA and my son needed to exchange O2 tanks, they made it a very smooth transaction! Missy was very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend using this company.

I am very impressed with the staff here. From the moment I contacted them they were helpful, professional and prompt. They helped me with my insurance, followed up, made helpful suggestions and welcomed me into their office for a fitting. Great people.
In particular, I want to thank Missy in the office for handling all the details and Wesley for his thorough and professional fitting.
These folks are top notch!
Their office should reflect the care and professionalism they offer. It needs an immediate update so it does not drive consumers away . Please get them new carpet and furniture in the lobby. The public

The customer service is horrible. They send an automated recording everyday (sometimes up to SIX TIMES A DAY) for my grandpas INR machine. When we called and asked if they could stop, the lady on the phone was horrible and was telling us we’re supposed to test him everyday (which we’re not ) Once every week. Tried to tell her that and said we were wrong and that she had a note from the dr saying we’re supposed to test everyday which was just not true. We had went to the dr a few days prior and said we only need to test once a month. However the guy who came and showed us how to set it up, told us for insurance compliance, we need to test once a week. So clearly some miscommunication on their side. Almost not even worth the convenience of doing the INR at home. Definitely considering other options right now, strongly suggest you consider other options before choosing this place.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have been overcharging my insurance company, they send the wrong equipment and I have been waiting 3 weeks for them to send test results to my doctor. Employees are nasty and uncaring.

This is the worst place I have ever dealt with. They have been over charging my insurance company and me. Received a script from my Dr in Jan for a portable Concentrator after testing. They lost it. Finally received a portable concentrator in July after testing and a second script from my Dr. They called yesterday to say I needed to come in to sign paperwork since they finally got approval. I came in today to sign told them I had new insurance was now Medicare. They abruptly took my portable concentrator away from me. Stated I either had to purchase it or have all n equipment testing done again. Debbie was rude and treated me as if I was a child. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I have had my equipment for a year and a half now they Lincare have been billing my insurance company now for all that time and still are. This equipment has reached the purchase price over four months ago and they continue to bill me and my insurance company. I am very sick and tired of dealing with this issue so I am going to get a attorney and fight it they're the most useless place I have ever seen.
