Victoria, with Lincare Newark, was at our aid! She brought the oxygen concentrator, back up large tanks, and portable small tanks, explained how everything operated, and put us at ease.
Today, Tess came to swap out the loud concentrator, for a much quieter machine, also brought along the new portable concentrator. She ensured we knew how to operate, charge, and how long the portable machine lasts.
