“After basically being shoved out of LMH, within an hr of finding out my Mother was being discharged that evening (after 5P), with unanswered questions and concerns. Victoria, with Lincare Newark, was at our aid! She brought the oxygen concentrator, back up large tanks, and portable small tanks, explained how everything operated, and put us at ease.
Today, Tess came to swap out the loud concentrator, for a much quieter machine, also brought along the new portable concentrator. She ensured we knew how to operate, charge, and how long the portable machine lasts.
My calls to Lincare over the past 3 days have been answered by professionals, who are prompt with answers.

“Those little toe protectors are so cool Now the toes are protected from rubbing against my shoes because I have an old BIG bunion that's lifting up the 3rd & 4th toes. I cut an inch off of one & used that for the middle toe & they stay on! THEN I insert my gel hammertoe under-the-toes protector. Thank you for making them available!”
