The worst office staff I have ever experienced! It's been a month trying to get a medication, pre-authorizion sent to insurance! That is so irresponsible!!

Practioning nurse Chad is great. But the staff us horrible at getting my messages to him. I always get a person that doesnt know how to answer a question then get switched to 3 other people whi cant help then they say they will find out and call me back and never do. Today this happened again. Also happened 3 months ago.

He didn’t take the time to even read the bloodwork, as a result my brother ended up in the hospital and is not on hospice.
