Be carful here with your oil change! Its the only place I have had my car in last 6 mo, and I did not check the air filter case. I did check everything today and the air filter box was not put back on. I had this same problem on my chevy truck in the past. I would always suggest to anyone if possible to tell people not to touch it or make sure you check it before you leave. My bad, I had faith in them and it was cold. Did not work out well for me could have been very loose for 5,000 miles or more.

Very slow kept going from truck to computer several times took around a hour no one was waiting took truck right in just very very slow three people working atleast there.

I went in for an oil change. I arrived at the appointment time and got right in to start. That is where it stopped. The change was done in about 20 minutes. They began the tire rotation and removed all the tires. Then nothing for about 45 minutes. I looked into work area several time and saw all 3 of the employees sitting around a desk talking. At about 1½ hours after beginning nothing was being worked on by anyone. As I was standing looking, one of the employees came to talk to me about ambitions work. He stated that a text or email had been sent but no answer. I had been sitting in the waiting area the entire time and I received nothing. I ask my wife if she had received anything, she had not. I okaued some of the work and wait about 10 more minutes for it to be completed.
At the beginning of the appointment I requested that the pressure be checked on all the tires while they were going to be working on them anyway. The car was showing low pressure on all.
As I was leaving, I saw that all tire still showed to be low. I went back in to ask if a check had been done. They checked and had to pull the car back in to the work area to air them up. For all of the trouble they didn't offer any type of compensation for all the trouble
After more than 2½ hours for a job that should have taken only 1 hour this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had with Midis, in Heath, OH.
I will be looking for another. I gave them 1 star only because I couldn't go any lower.

Went in for a scheduled alignment, and the service technician drove down the road in my car for some unknown reason. Then came back and parked my my car in front of the bay and came back and said they couldn't do get the car on the lift for service.
I have a stock mustang, place was a complete waste of time to allow cars to be scheduled for service they know they cannot service.

I had no idea you could even receive above and beyond service for an oil change because it’s so straight forward. But I did when I went here. They were very friendly, helpful, and gave me a HUGE discount when I went it. They helped with a couple other small things also for free. Midas is the ?. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

I would highly encourage anyone to visit this place for all of their car repairs! They are very professional and very nice, not to mention they use plastic on your seats, they wear gloves, and use paper on your floorboards! Excellent customer service! I highly recommend! Thank you Midas!!
