Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for better service. I called Nelson’s service first, but didnt get an answer. After I called another company, and got an unfavorable quote and date too far ahead in the month scheduled, I finished with the phone call and immediately was called back and got a rep from Nelson’s , apologizing for missing the call and asked me about my needs. I explained that I needed a windshield replacement and was assured that I could get a better price from Nelson’s , to which I got a considerable discount. I was scheduled for an appointment 3 days later and Nelson’s had me finished and on my way by the end of my appointed day. I’m very pleased with the results

We had our windshield replaced on our F150 . The staff was very friendly, they did an excellent job . And it was done in a timely manner.

Great experience with Nelson Glass Services. Was able to schedule quickly for windshield replacement, and they were so kind. Even helped me get my car there and back and replaced a brake light bulb that I didn’t know was out. They told me they also repair/replace glass for houses, tables, etc. Highly recommend.

I had a broken back window on my old Buick and they were super fast an helpful getting me my car back in a matter of two days. They were able to locate a part give me a quote and finish the window in under 48 hours. Also, very friendly to interact with. Thanks Nelson!
