We had our carpets installed a few months ago when we moved into our new house. The demo and installation crew was efficient and did a great job. Nice Carpets offered competitive pricing and I would much rather support local than spend my money at a big box store that would just hire it out to a third party. We really liked the quality of the carpets, too.
The representative who worked with us to select the product and get the logistics of our installation was very helpful, too. We had a very positive experience with almost the entire process. We had specifically planned our move around the dates of the carpet installation to avoid the hassle of moving furniture, etc. However, there was a miscommunication/ordering hiccup that resulted in our carpet order arriving late. The owner got involved to make things right and the crew still just barely finished before our move-in date.
If it weren’t for that mistake pushing our move deadline to the very last day, I would have given Nice Carpets the fifth star. I think this was likely a one-off scenario, so I would still highly recommend them and encourage anyone shopping around to support local.

Hi ! You just laid two rooms of vinyl flooring for us and wanted to let you know what a fabulous and outstanding job the gentlemen did. I couldn't be happier, it's just seamless the way they tied it all together. We have delt with Nice Carpet several times over the last 40 some year. They have always done a fantastic job.

SUPER HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS! They just installed carpet in two of our bedrooms and they did a WONDERFUL AWESOME job. So happy we chose them and will be using them again next year when we recarpet our Staircase/hallway/dining room.

My wife and I were completely satisfied with the service we got from Nice Carpets. From choosing the right flooring for us to the complete install, everything went smooth. The installation crew was very courteous and the quality of their work was incredible. I highly recommend them.

Horrible customer service. Poor installation. Poor carpet quality. Carpet was installed in oct 2023 (5 months ago) and they still haven’t fixed all the problems identified at the time of installation - Horribly visible seams, carpet defects, missing transition strip, padding cut too short, used two different types of padding (two different manufacturers) on the same job and damaged baseboards. Additionally, The installers were highly unprofessional. One of them used my bathroom facilities And did not keep his business contained within the toilet bowl. How absolutely unsanitary and unbelievable that I had to clean it up. They do not answers emails or return phone calls. After several calls to nice carpet, They finally sent somebody out to inspect the carpet on January 10, 2024 at which time I was told they would file a claim with the manufacturer. The claim was not filed with the manufacturer until the end of February 2024. believe it was only filed at that time because I had followed up with yet another email asking for the status on my claim. I have yet to hear from nice carpets since January 10, 2024 and it is now March 8th. In December 2023 I had been told their lack of responsiveness was due to the fact they have other customers that they need to take care of. Apparently, since I had already paid for my Carpet, I was no longer considered a customer. Carpeting is not inexpensive. I held up my end of the bargain and paid for the top of the line carpeting and 8 pile padding. Nice Carpet has done nothing to hold up their end. And, unfortunately, because you have to pay upfront for them to order your carpeting, there is no leverage for the customer to get their carpet fixed when nice carpets doesn’t do their job. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau

Great experience with Caleb at showroom, figuring out what would work for my home. Installation was done in two days those guys never stopped just worked till project was completed. Fantastic for taking up and putting down 760 SF of flooring. Very pleased with the installation workers.
