I've purchased from Nice three times and used their installers twice. The last experience was not good. They did okay with carpet tiles, but we have had major problems with their vinyl planks. Their salesperson helped us pick out the product. Their installer put in the floors. I walked them through our plan before installation. No one ever cautioned us about anything. The floor has not held up well. The've blamed us for not giving enough room for the floor to float, but didn't mention that problem at the time of install. Overall, the planks look warped and the face is peeling up in places. Not a good product, and although it has a 10 year warranty, Nice refused to stand behind it.

Lacks in customer service. Transition pieces were not used by installer. He returned them to store. After 2 weeks I called about a refund of approximately $100. No where on my receipt did it say no refund on special orders or was I told. Their employee included them when he measured. Installer had to use a belt sander on an area no longer than 18 inches. Installer never mentioned an additional charge. Sheila said that the refund was a “wash” for his work. Guess spending over $2600 for flooring was not worth a thank you for my business or a courtesy call about lack of refund! Guess they will not be getting my future business for stairway and 2 bedrooms. Beverly Payne

My family has bought carpet/flooring from Nice Carpets for years. We have always had great customer service from the staff. As we are redoing our basement from the floods last month, Nice Carpets has once again been amazing to work with. I would recommend Nice Carpets for your carpet and flooring needs.

We like buying local and have used nice carpets for flooring for years but the last 2 experiences were not good. Our last carpet installer was not the most professional and the installation had some visible seams, and the store staff doesn't seem very happy to help customers. I'm going elsewhere next time.
