World’s worst website to make a payment. $4.95 fee to pay over the phone. This is the bank the auto dealer chose. I will never, ever for the rest of my life use this bank again. Ever.

Waited over 20 minutes in the lobby and waited over 1hr in the Drive thru last Friday. Just tried to call the loan dept and the operator didn't know who to transfer me to. Was sent to a voice mail.

I think this place is a scam. I received a paper from them indicating a loan denied and I have never heard about this bank before. I don't even live near this place. Use caution!
