Was in store yesterday the 15th and a Ringneck Parrot for sale was scared to death every time someone walked by. It was about knee level and terrified. It needs to be at eye level with people like the Parakeets. If I had the money I would buy it it just to give it a good home until I could find another for her

Washed our Fozzie for the first time here. Staff was helpful, and there was everything we needed to wash and moisturize our dog.
I recommend bringing a brush and siccors for those stubborn tangles. But don't give your dog a trim, you only have 20 minutes to wash.

Most of the time they are out of my dog and cat food. Wasn't fair to just judge them for that. Everyone is having the same issues. The staff does deserve 4 stars. I've only come across one rude cashier. So prepared to be welcomed into the store with greetings and smiles. I've had employees that have gone out of the way to help me. I appreciate that. No, let's just say my cat and dogs appreciated that the most.
