“I absolutely love this pharmacy and the staff is wonderful! I've transferred all of my prescriptions to this pharmacy and will never go elsewhere! They are kind and understand and they get things done quickly! I had an awful experience with Walgreens in Heath and Newark. One pharmacist screamed at me when he was proven wrong and when I called another Walgreen's to fill then retail on my prescription the pharmacist from the other location must have called the other pharmacist because she would not even speak to me. I would call in and they would put me on hold for the pharmacist and as soon as I said my name she hung up on me and I thought something must have been wrong with the phones or something and finally the woman told me that the pharmacist would not speak to me and I have never ever in my entire life then treated that way and talk to or scream that in that way bye anyone that works in that capacity. Walgreens was made aware of it and did not seem too much care that their pharmacists are treating patients/customers that way! So Genoa is such a breath of fresh air and I love them!”

“This CVS pharmacy has accessibility features that make it accessible to those who have a disability. The parking lot has many accessible parking spots that are close to the entrance. The building itself is surrounded by cement that is raised around 5-6 inches off the ground. There is a curb cut in the parking lot next to the accessible parking spots to accommodate mobility device users. The cement is also textured where the ramped portions are to indicate that the surface will slope. The area also has grab bars for those who may need support during use. The entrance doors are motion sensor-activated and will open upon arrival in the area. The doorway is also wide enough for those who use mobility devices. The aisles of the store are also very wide and suggest the same. The store’s ground surface is smooth, with thin carpet, which is worth noting for mobility device users, as this could impact ease of use depending on wheel type and if the device is manual or motorized. The light is white and bright, most likely LEDs, creating good visual access, but could cause eye strain or fatigue for some. The store is generally quiet; noises like the light chatter of other patrons, phone ringing, registers beeping, and light background music can be heard. The store also has registers and self-checkout options, great for those who may have difficulty interacting with others. Additionally, the countertops sit at an adequate height that would be suitable for seated or standing users. The building appears to be well equipped with accessibility features.”
“I was recommended to Giant Eagle pharmacy by my doctor for hard to fill prescriptions. Not only did they have it ready for me within an hour but all of my insurance info had been sent electronically as well. The staff are friendly and it seemed to be a very well organized workplace. Price was less expensive too!”

“Five stars to the kind pharmacist who came out to take time with me to help me find what I needed to help my ear being plugged up for a week. So grateful to her for her kindness and taking the time to assist me personally. So much better than Walgreens. I love Kroger pharmacy.”

“I have had horrible experiences with several different pharmacies since moving to the area, but the people here are awesome! When my medication was out of stock the pharmacist called me ahead of time to let me know so I didn't waste my time driving there. She also suggested several alternative options including other pharmacies that may have it available. This is what customer service should look like!!! Way to go guys!”
“No problems with the pharmacists ever, nice, never a bad interaction. The accented technician, one of two (I was also told by this accented technician there was no one else to talk to but her when I call in. Which was not true the delivery person giving me my medicine told me so.. There is a Head Technician Christina) is not truthful, I've caught her lieing to me several times.. And she told on herself then denied that, she does not follow through with transfers, she disconnects you after holding 5 minutes or more, this happens everytime only when she puts me on hold. Which is almost everytime, she speaks to fast for her accent and not easy to understand even slowing down her speech, she becomes frustrated and not nice frequently when you ask her to slow down I don't understand you, speak slower, and miraculously everytime there is a problem with her you say to her give me to your boss you get put on hold and your disconnected right away or 5 or more minutes on hold then hung up on. Or it rings back like a callback to her and your hung up on. You get the answering machine and can't leave a message just told to call back.. Don't get that, but it happens. Well today on the delivery from the pharmacy, I spoke to the person that delivered my medicine about it, she told me to ask for Christina a head technician, I did, got put on hold for the transfer then deleted again. I'm dependent on this medicine to be delivered I have no car. Don't know of any other pharmacy thats on my insurance plan that does and I've checked.. This happens everytime I call in. It never goes well. I was also told by this lady that has a foreign accent that there is no other person to talk to other than her. I never knew Christina existed and in charge of this girl as the head technician until I complained to the delivery driver from Newark Pharmacy, formerly Arensburg pharmacy where I have had all this problem, because that girl said there was Noone else to help me it's only her even when questioning her to verify your the only technician there at all, everyday and she said yes. Well she lied and I would have never known if I hadn't told that delivery driver what has happened and can she tell me who to complain to.
Update: Google won't let me leave another review so I'm adding it here.. I spoke to Christina the Head Technician at Newark, for melt Arensburg Pharmacy. She spent along time listening to all I had to say about my many experiences.. Not good in dealing with the other Technician. She was very nice and understanding and promised me she would get the bad experiences to stop with this lady and verified I was not the only complaint in regards with her and told me there had been alot. She said she will sit her down one more time to give her a final warning it would not be tolerated again from her. I truly believe she will do that and she said if it happens again and I'm not given to her to call back later and ask to be transferred to the pharmacist about a medication I was prescribed and have him transfer me to her and if I get the message system just tell her who I am my number a brief I'm having another problem with her and to please call.”
