Went in to have a ring resized. Vickie was very kind and friendly. She was helpful with thr whole process. She answered all my questions. And I love that repairs are all done in house. Will be using Pughs for all my Jewelery needs going forward. Highly recommend to anyone.

We have always dealt with Kevin and he does some amazing work! We have now been dealing with Shelby and she is nothing but amazing to work with! She always comes up with great ideas and is never pushy! She wants to sell you something that you LOVE! The whole staff makes for an enjoyable visit every time we are in the store!
