Stopped by unexpectedly with a check engine light on my F150Was driving from Florida to Ontario so it was a first time visit for me. Analysis and installation of the offending sensor took under 2 hours and I was back on the road. Great service and staff. Highly recommend

Had them change oil and rotate tires. 2 weeks later there was a loud thumping noise coming from the front! Come to find out the lug nuts were loose on the driver's side front tire! Real professionals here!

Walk-ins only, so better get there early. They do have good hours, so you are able to go early in the morning, or after work, Saturday is an option too. Fairly quick service. I have always waited for my car but drop off is an option too. Small waiting area with 8 or so seats. Ford parts available. Some sales pitch on select packages, but always able to decline. I prefer to work on stuff myself, however I am comfortable with this shop when I do not have the time.

Really like this shop. Got me in and out quickly, clean shop and waiting area, service advisors were sharp and friendly, and they provided good advice. I’m a full time RVer and would love to find a place like this for all my travels.Service: Oil change

Complete lack of integrity with these guys. I stopped by Coughlin to buy plugs for my truck, then eventually just opted to have it done by them. Called for an appointment/quote. I was told two hours labor, then he says "oh wait, that doesn't take that long". Yes, I already know it doesn't take two hours to pull two plastic covers off and change the plugs. So, I head in hoping for the best. They take my truck in at 9:30. I also had requested a tire rotation. Both services were done by 10:30. Cashier asks if I bought the tires there, which I had not, so I had to pay for rotation and TWO hours labor. For a job that actually took less than an hour, since they also had the rotation done as well. So, in total they charged me $15.24 for plugs I had just bought from their parts department, three days before for $13.85, two hours labor, for less than one hour of work, and charged me for a tire rotation that fell into the original hour of labor. It's no wonder people dread taking their vehicles in for service. A service that should of been closer to $350-400, was billed at nearly $600. Total lack of honesty. Really wish I could have kept using Ford mechanics, but this is a waste of money.Service: Electrical

Many thanks to Quick Lane, they took the time on a busy day to help me, I am so grateful, simple problem, I cannot lift the hood on my 96 Lincoln to check the coolant level, light was on, it was checked and solved and I was on my way in 10 minutes. I offered to pay, it was refused. They have helped me so much over the years to maintain my old car as best they can. Thanks guys, and Merry Christmas ❤❤❤

Staff was excellent. Called in with broken down car. Rusty (Quick Lane employee) took my call attempting to troubleshoot my issue over the phone. Ultimately needed towed to Quick Lane. Rusty was able to recommend a tow service. This was around 4:30pm. He called me first thing the following morning (around 8am) with a diagnosis. Car was finished around 9:30-10:00 am. I'm so impressed by the staff and Rusty's genuineness to help me and at the most affordable cost. I have delt with other shops and this truly by far is the best. I strongly recommend and I myself will be using them going forward. I love about 40 min away and still will be taking my cars to them if that speaks to the volume of how much I respect this place. Added bonus, they were incredibly cheaper than my local dealer out of Zanesville. Great job Rusty and to all the Quick Lane team.

I replaced my electronic steering rack in my 2010 Ford Fusion and I went here to get it flashed but all they did was argue with me about , telling me it was a manual rack. They don’t have a clue.

I paid 900$ for 3 barings and I got my car back in worse shape then when I dropped it off. It broke down 1 hr from my house the very next day. It's still sitting there 3 days later because I now have to figure out what is wrong with it and have someone drive up there to work on it. I'm not happy about all of this happening the week we have plans to move into our new place.

This place is not want it use to be when it was Mathews Ford. Took my vehicle in to Quick Lane for an oil change. Was told my battery needed to be replace. I showed them the receipt from a Ford dealership that it was under warranty. They told me that I would have to take it back to them to get replaced. I thought that a Ford battery would be covered by any Ford dealership. I guess not at Coughing Ford. So sad.

Apparently the price of an oil change went from $45 to $70? And they always try to make you think you need stuff done that you don’t need done. Not trustworthy.Service: Oil change

$70 for an oil change! Ridiculous. Wont be back, plenty of other places for $39.99. This place the wants to sell you a bunch of parts, it’s amazing everyone that was there for an oil change had some sort of major mechanical issue found that will cost several hundred dollars.Service: Oil change
