Not the best and not the worst place to deliver. The area traffic is very congested, making turning onto the street where the delivery doors are located, somewhat of a challenge.

The back window of our Dodge truck was leaking when it rained. A very knowledgeable employee came out and explained that the problem was most likely a bad seal around the brake light above the window. He advised us on how to fix it ourselves and it worked!

I was driving down 161 and a stone hit my windshield, pretty severely cracking it. I called Richardson and they were courteous, professional, reasonably priced and EXTERMELY efficient in completing the required repairs. Absolutely sold on this place!

My front driver side window shattered, and Safelight wanted $145 MORE than what Richardson quoted and couldn't come to my house for 8 days to fix. At Richardson, I dropped my truck off at 4:30 pm on Tuesday and got a call the next morning at 9:30am that it was ready. They did an excellent job!!

Richardson glass is the best place to go for glass repair 64 dollar for repair and if it fails and I need to replace windshield they take the price of the repair off price of new windshield, that's way better than Safelite cause they wanted 169.00 just to fix the repair without any guarantees

I paid richardsons to cut my glass for my 1930 tudor sedan.When i got my window frame back from the painter i took it to richardsons to have them install the glass in the frame.they charged me $107.for install.my 5year old grandson could have done better.the scatched the paint bad in multiple places.they couldnt get the top gap to close so they filled it with caulking. The sealant they used around the glass was apparently tried to get smoothed when almost dry it was so rough.$107.waisted.

I got my windshield replaced a few weeks ago and after leaving I noticed I heard the sound of air coming through when I drove down the highway. I called and they got me right in. Turns out something along where my windshield wipers were, was loose and they fixed it for free! They were very flexible and extremely kind when helping me find the issue. From the front desk to the technicians themselves, everyone is very nice and helpful! I will most definetely be back and will be telling all my friends to go see them!
