My high school and middle school athletes have been training with Nick and Showtime for a couple of years now remotely from TN. I did a lot of research before we started with Nick. He and Showtime have exceeded my expectations and we’ve seen incredible results from the coaching and programming they provide for my young athletes. They really know their stuff and can help anyone looking to improve their physical performance. Really glad we made the investment!

I sent an email inquiry to Showtime about nine months ago, not thinking I might follow through with going to a "real" gym or start working with a personal trainer. I'm around 1,000 years old and have never been wrongly accused of being athletic (or coordinated for that matter). I used to walk and run on the bike path fairly regularly to keep my (then 30-something) weight in check, until I developed plantar fasciitis. It limited my abilities to do the kind of exercising I liked, and I slowly gained weight over the years, feeling more and more unhealthy, and developing what one might call "oh damn, she just gave up." So when I first met Nick at the gym, I had no illusions that I would make it past one training session, and basically told him so. But I signed up for twice a week anyway, showing the world I could at least pretend to try. In any case, Nick chuckled when I said that, and that made me smile and relax. And I would say that's what has kept me going for nine months. Nick's combination of serious training with an entirely relaxed and humorous outlook on working out... and everything else. I now go three times a week, both personal training and Met-Con group, and though it's sometimes hard to make myself go, it's always a lot of fun, and I leave on a high every time. I've lost tons of weight (literally 2-tons, swear on my mother) and gained muscle I've never had. Everyone has noticed the huge difference, and I feel not only ten years younger, but a little proud of myself, too.

My daughter has been going for a year now and the change in her is amazing. Initially she started going because she wanted to be stronger and faster and become a better athlete on the softball field. What we did not expect in addition to all the improvements in her athletic abilities is the confidence she now has. She is so happy and proud. Her trainer helps every session to build her up and show her that she is capable of doing things that she never thought she could accomplish. Her pitching speed has increased and her ability to run and push off the mound has improved tremendously . I would recommend for anyone both children and adults who would like to improve their athletics abilities or if someone just needs a professional trainer that will become a friend to help you improve your lifestyle, health, and confidence.

Great place to go and train, especially if you’re looking to become better all around from a physical fitness standpoint. The trainers are great to to work with and take the time to help, no matter where you are at in your fitness journey. The people I train with are also supportive. Great environment!

We recently took our 13 year old gymnast to Nick after she suffered a back fracture that made her step away from gymnastics. In a few months Showtime increased her strength and confidence. She has resumed tumbling and is cheerleading for her school.

I started going to Showtime after my college athletics ended. What I love about showtime is that the classes have both strength training and overall well-being training. Showtime is such a welcoming gym and everyone is there for the same reasons. Whether you were a college athlete or are just getting started, this gym has something for you.

Showtime is the absolute best. My son loves going to workout and see the staff. He leaves smiling and loves to share his PR with me when he gets done for the day. Thanks and keeping doing what you’re doing.

I appreciated all the special one on one attention I received here. I needed to get stronger and rehab my injured calf. They were able to help me in a short 5 week time period (2 sessions a week) and I appreciated their help. Now I am ready to head to NYC for the Macys Day Parade and carry my marching snare drum.

I cannot give anymore thanks to Nick, Claire and everyone at Showtime. From High school, college and professional softball, they were always guiding and helping me throughout my journey. If it was not for Nick, I would have never been able to play at the levels I did. Not only are you going to be taken care of physically but, you will be gaining so much emotionally and mentally! Thank you for helping me through the highs in my career but also my lows! You are family to me and I am forever grateful for you and your gym and all that you did for me being an athlete and now being a mom. I highly highly recommend Nick and his gym!

I’m a new mom and I needed to start focusing on my overall health. In the past I’ve mostly done cardio so I was hesitant at first that strength training was for me. However, after 3 months of training at Showtime I’ve noticed a huge difference in muscle tone in both my arms and legs. Overall I feel much better mentally and physically. My trainer is Emily and she is wonderful! She’s always positive and great at what she does! If you’re looking for a healthy life style change and a truly non judgmental gym - Showtime is the place!!

The staff at Showtime Strength has been amazing and is one of the best group of people to surround yourself with. My experience over the past 8 years have prepared me for my specific path in playing sports and has continued through my college athletic career. They take the time to get to know you as a person and develop a plan that is right for you and for your health mentally and physically. I highly recommend Showtime!

Showtime Strength is a great place to train. I was hesitant to start training because I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to keep up but Nick is so encouraging and the workouts are tailored to my needs. Training here has been one of the best decisions I’ve made.

My 13 year old has been doing the athletic performance training at Showtime for the summer and has made great improvements. He started doing it to get stronger and faster for soccer and it in 3 months we can see a big difference in his strength and speed. The staff is friendly and very welcoming and you can tell they care about their clients. They create a custom plan for the athlete and they are there to help and guide them at every session....We love this place!!

Nick and the staff at Showtime Strength and Performance are experts in their industry. They helped propel our daughter's abilities to the collegiate level and are currently helping our son improve his strength and lifting technique. I highly recommend this gym if you are looking for top-notch and personalized training! I also have to mention this gym is kept meticulously clean and sanitized!

We would recommend Showtime to all parents of young athletes! Our daughter has been training there for over a year now and has shown huge improvements in her athletic performance and overall health. They develop a training plan specific to your athlete and work on achieving their goals. She is physically fit and more confident in her performance thanks to the wonderful trainers there!
