Spectrum sent out contracted door to door sales people that fraudulently set me up for an account using a fake email address. When I spoke to spectrum, they said I agreed to the service by not declining it through email (an email I had no access to as it wasn’t my email). I gave them a second chance eventually and did move over my service on a trial basis, in which time I found out that Spectrum was committing what amounted to elder abuse to my grandparents (signing them up for things they didn’t ask for, not explaining details, overcharging them). Now as I sit here trying to cancel my service, the person in their retention team is purposefully leaving me on hold as I have explained I am currently working and he is trying to prevent me from cancelling. Dishonest, shady, illegal behavior.

Made an appointment the day before going in. The store doesn't open until 10. I was 5th in line going in, and the lady who opened the door instructed the first 2 people in the door to go to an associate to get waited on.She then instructed the rest of us to sign in at the kiosk. I said, "What's the purpose of an appointment if you're going to instruct the first 2 people in the door to go to the front when neither one of them had an appointment. She again told me to sign in because they can't see appointments on their screen, which again is ridiculous.Many more problems like nobody helping the seniors who don't know how to operate the kiosk. So I helped 2 older ladies sign in and helped another guy pay his bill at another kiosk while this lady waited on 1 customer. She finally called my name at 1025, 25 minutes after my appointment.When I told her the problem with my phone she said yea I'm not really that good with phones!? What!!! She apologized for the confrontation, and said I don't know why they take 10am appointments, I said maybe when you open the door how about asking anyone if they have an appointment and take them first!

Just make sure you sign in on the computer at the front of the store. We did not know you had to do that. They need a large sign that says that right in your face because others did not know either. And we sat in the store waiting and no employee bothered to mention, hey you have to sign in. Until we noticed it ourselves.Employees kept leaving and going to the back behind closed doors, and actually at one point ALL 5 of the employees were back there for probably 10 minutes leaving the store and customers unattended. I've worked in stores before and you should never just leave the store unattended, especially if you're selling expensive stuff like spectrum. Anyway, other than that, once I got helped it went fast.

Worst wifi ever, call system is wack and takes forever and nobody really cares to help. Needs to shut down and never be a Internet place ever again.

Cell bill was 5 times the normal amount due to Spectrum equipment not working properly! Then was charged $15.99 to change my plan!No help from the company even though it was there equipment that caused the issue! Extremely poor customer service! Like their rep told me - well thats just the way it is!

All I wanted to do was drop off my deceased family members modem to close his account out. There are NO dedicated individuals or a specific line for this. You must wait while the 3 people that work here set up 2 cell phones. They should not sell phones here or at least dedicate people to cable/Internet services. Been here about 45 minutes for a 2 min transaction. Way to go Spectrum.

This is the worst internet service available. Do not recommend. I work from home and needed to relocate my router to another room. They deactivated all the lines in my house so that if I needed to move the router they could charge me 65 dollars. This is the stingiest company, they are thieves and a terrible company.

This service is terrible. It keeps on disconnecting. Why pay for it when half the time it doesn’t even work. My neighbors around me are also having this issue.
