Very friendly service. Very helpful. Knew exactly how to treat my problem. Called back a few days later to check on me. Will definitely use them again.

I wish there was a zero star option. We registered there and saw no one for ten minutes. . Lady was extremely rude and was clearly sick. Barely could understand what she was saying. Nobody was in there but said we couldn't be seen because we didn't register online. Definitely don't waste your time going here. The facility was also very dirty and restrooms are closed.

Would HIGHLY recommend against visiting the Little clinic for anything! I was completely scammed out of my TB test for school that cost $50 to place the test. I was then charged $100 for an “office visit” for the Nurse practitioner to not see any bubble and say that my test is negative. This is a complete scam by the billing department which is purposefully enforced to acquire more money. 0 star would be recommended but 1 star is the lowest I can go.

Have gotten numerous flu/covid shots from the clinic. Normally check in and wait 5-10 minutes. Went to get a flu shot but ran 10 minutes late. Nobody in the waiting room. They wouldn't give me the shot without rescheduling 3 hours later. Their too slammed today and have a 5 minute policy. No thanks. Business going elsewhere from now on.

So when you read reviews you have to decide for yourself which is what because there is some disgruntle people in this world.I'm from out of town but felt under the weather so to speak. So I decided to give TLC in Kroger's 30 miles away a try because NOT to many medical places open on a Sunday. When I went there was NO one at the front desk. No biggie I just signed in on the computer as I already had an appointment made online and sat down. About 2-3 minutes a lady came out and was very helpful and kind. I explained to her up front I'm deaf and if she pulled down her mask I'd be able to read lips. She did it with no hesitation and we were able to finish the checking in part. Then she went back and told NP Kendra I'm deaf. NP Kendra was so kind and made sure to look directly at me every time she spoke. Sent over some antibiotics and I was good to go.I'd truly recommend TLC at Krogers!

Just FYI if you think you’re getting a Covid test here, you will be charged for an office visit! My son went through the Licking county dept of health website to find a Covid test so he could go to a concert, he had NO symptoms. A nurse practitioner took his blood pressure and talked to him about getting the vaccine, then billed him for a level 3 new patient visit and tobacco cessation counseling and he doesn’t even smoke. Our insurance only paid $14 and he has to pay $82 when the rest of us went different places and paid nothing for our tests. We called and talked to several people and were finally told that because he signed their forms, he was responsible for the bill. They should not even be on the Licking county website for Covid testing with all the other free tests, that was just wrong and I wonder how many others this has happened to??? A nice little money making scheme they’ve got going here!!! ?

Go Anywhere Else But Here! My 18 year old son scheduled an appointment for an obvious sinus infection that wasn't improving despite our best efforts. After being seen by a male CNP, son went to pick up what he thought was an antibiotic for the sinus infection and was told by the pharmacist that Kroger had only sent over a very EXPENSIVE cough syrup. My son specifically asked for an antibiotic, CNP avoided telling him what he was prescribing after being asked several times (he has an allergy to certain antibiotics so wanted to make sure it wasn't one he had an issue with.) The staff at this location are incompetent, this isn't our first time having an issue with the medical care provided. Went for a physical, one would have thought I asked them to write me a thesis paper because they had to be bother to fill out a two page form. Any of the other urgent cares in our area are sure to provide better and more competent companionable care.

Standing in front of the desk for 10 minutes while attendant (Melissa) talks on the phone. No acknowledgement from her so I walk up to kiosk and am hurriedly waved off without a word. A simple "be with you in a moment" would have been appreciated. Very poor customer service. Went down the road to Newark Valley Urgent Care and received great customer service.

Nina was a 5 star provider! Truly a beautiful soul, and did a phenomenal job with my 9 year old daughter. However, Little Clinic management deserves 2 stars for their ridiculous 20 minute appointment ques that they think is working. We set up an appointment 2 days prior to our visit and it took about an hour to be seen by the provider. Increase the time blocks please for the provider and the patient's sake.

Went in due to flu like symptoms. Got a same day appt online and called from my car when I got there. They let me know when it was okay to come in. Kendra and her assistant were excellent. Friendly and took their time. I felt like they cared about what I had to say. Great treatment, highly recommend.

Went to the clinic this morning and saw David Elie. I was treated promptly and courteously. He listened to my concerns and treated them appropriately.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went to the little clinic in Newark Ohio for an ear ache. After signing in the screen gave me an estimated wait time of 12 min (I understand this is an estimated time) however I Watched the patient that had went before me go back and come out then waited a total of an hour before I was acknowledged. Finally I was taken back into a room and sat. After another 45 min of waiting I decided to leave. as i was walking out the very unprofessional nurse said she had to administer a flu shot before me. I wasn’t aware this was above importance of myself or anyone who came in after me sitting patiently not feeling well. They need to hire professionals who don’t spend more time in their personal phones and actually take care of their patients who come in need.

STAY AWAY. Incompetent staff who are clueless. When you pay this type of money (with or without insurance), you should probably visit an actual doctor instead of a band-aid nurse.
