I need my money back for that washer and dryer hose I ordered online and showed up for and your female older employee with the black hair cancels my order without my permission because she couldn't find it..well its been a month i still do not see my money on my card the whole transaction disappeared and did not give my money back..i need it I will be down there today for cash

I had an employee carry a bag of feed to the counter for me. After getting in the line he started making rude remarks about the Vice president of the United States. He then said he would like to stick the bag of corn up her A. I have never seen that kind of behavior out of an employee in any store in my life. I told him how rude he was and they can keep the corn.

Buy your propane elsewhere. They are less than enthusiastic and could care less. Goodwill is a better choice.

I will no longer shop or support this business. It’s ridiculous that public companies get involved in politics. The latest move by the CEO is ridiculous. Most items at TSC can be easily found on Chewy, Amazon, Rural King or local feed stores. Hit them where it hurts, their bottom line. You lost me as a customer.

Used to be my go to for dog food and odds and ends I needed. Unfortunately there’s only 1 person on staff that can fill propane tanks “if it’s something they’re doing right now” otherwise was told to try a different day and time.

I drove from over an hour away to purchase a trailer that the website said was in stock. The staff was extremely helpful in trying to locate another trailer for me. When that failed, I ended up purchasing a more expensive trailer than I came for. Not because they talked me into it, but because I wanted to support a store that gave such good customer service. All in all I ended up with a better trailer, and the store ended up with a customer that will return.

Very disappointed in this location. Drove over 30 minutes away after calling to see what ducks they had. We were looking for Khaki Campbell. When we got the store they had 8 ducks left, 6 Peking and 2 Khaki Campbell, and would not sell them to us because they have to be sold in quantity of 6. If you have 8 you obviously can’t sell 6 and 6. We offered to mix chicks with ducks to meet the quantity, and even spoke to the manager. Extremely disappointed. Thank goodness for Rural King!!

I visited the new location in Pataskala! Such a wonderful time. I took my pup Alfred and used the pet wash. Everything is there for you to use. Shampoo, conditioner, brushes, nail trimmers, dryer and the area was extremely clean. We will be back!
