If zero stars was an option they would not get any stars. They have a lack of training and people who do not know what they are doing. Have made my banking experience horrible with them. I will be moving my accounts that I have with them. I do not recommend them as a bank take your hard earned money elsewhere.

The app takes FOREVER to post transactions. And that's where they get you with overdraft fees

My husband and I just closed on our home which is financed through TrueCore. We were also selling a home at the same time we were buying. The lender for our buyers kept pushing back closing, but TrueCore and Carrie (Heath location) were always on top of things, even at a very short notice. If you are looking for a place for all your banking and finance needs, I would most definitely recommend TrueCore!! I wouldn’t bank anywhere else! Small town, personal feel with incredible work ethic.

Wait times are ridiculous. Hire more people if you’re under staffed!

I have been with TrueCore for 12 years they have been great but the one thing I hate is they hold my pay check when other banks don’t hold them, they deposit them when they receive them or within 24hrs but TrueCore will hold for close to a week.
