The prices are good! The workers lack in customer service. The trucks are dirty & where you go to pay stinks so bad that i had to cover my nose & the smell was there when i returned the truck as well.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Equipment was in good shape, except the blower on the A/C did not work properly...something that was not life threatening..all is good!! Thank you, U-Haul.

I got a hitch installed here for my CRV. I had some questions regarding appropriate equipment for my needs and the team was respectful and helpful. Afterwards, I had questions about the hookup and refitting of my trunk mat. They answered my questions thoroughly and promptly. I would highly recommend this place and return for any other needs!

The ladies at the store were phenomenal! They made the transaction fast and easy. I felt comfortable the entire time, and I felt I was being seen as a person while visiting instead of just another body to put in a truck.

Truck Drivers: uhaul warehouse entrance on derby downs rd. Lots of room. You could park here overnight easily. 9-4 maybe a little earlier most days.

This place was great. I had a great experience. The staff that I worked with was just fine. I drove all the way out from Columbus Ohio. I worked with Kevin the owner Nice guy. He even helped me with my credit card when it didn't work. Practically whipped his own card out and paid for it... I'm just kidding but no seriously I appreciate it guys.Alfred Hill the 3rd

We rented a truck and dolly. The reservation was originally booked online and when we needed to adjust it to the following day the man in the office was really nice about it. We picked the truck up from a man who clearly takes pride in his job. When we returned the truck a lady came out and greeted us when we pulled into the parking lot. The superior customer service made it an easy experience for us and I am grateful for them.

I have rented uhauls many times over the years and this location is by far the BEST one ever! Rob, the manager is extremely kind, helpful and super friendly. The check-in process was very easy and quick. The entire truck was clean, inside and out and ran beautifully. They have super cool U-Haul themed stuff.... I got a "U-Haul" phone charger and it's super cute and charges the phone fast! I love it?The drop off was super fast too. I highly recommend the 21st Street Newark, Oh location if you want fast friendly service, well maintained equipment, and great prices!Thank you Rob!

This is the best place to rent a U-Haul that I've ever been to. Rob is an amazing dude and extremely friendly, and they have absolutely everything you could possibly need to move. Inside the store they have boxes, trailer parts, packing supplies, etc. and outside it looks like they have every U-Haul product that's offeredThe truck we rented was very clean, both in the cab and in the back, and you can tell the vehicles are very well maintainedNext time I need a U-Haul, this is definitely the place I'm going to

I'd give this location 8-stars if I could.Rob, the general manager, went absolutely above and beyond to help me out when I was in a bind. I had a U-Box shipped from out-of-state to this location, and the movers (unaffiliated with UHaul) who were supposed to pick it up and unload it cancelled on me the morning of the move. Rob, and the other employees at U-Haul Newark bent over backwards to help me out - Rob drove the pod to my home, helped me unload it, and was just the nicest guy ever. What a wonderful surprise.Service like this is rare, and I can't thank the U-Haul Moving & Storage of Newark team enough!
