The quality of the hitches are really good. The staff is very accommodating. My complaint is fully explaining things to customers correctly. I'm new to pulling equipment being my Suv. Certain staff members led me to believe that I had a weird welded on 1-1/4 receiver on my SUV. Stating they had never seen something like that before. I was informed I needed to have it removed before they would install one of their hitches. So I brought it to someone else who grinded it off and I had to pay extra. After bringing it back in I was told a different story that was hitch was a factory hitch. So I could have potentially used it to pull my pop up camper and not needed to go through all of this. So $500 later I have a super nice high receiver that a $20-40 part hitch convertor could of done the same job....The knowledge varies with each individual working here. But this individual caused me to spend and extra $450 that I didn't need to. I've had so much guilt and shame that I had wasted our money that could have been spent on groceries or bills. This caused me huge anxiety and I wanted to cry. The hitch is very nice. But I was giving wrong information which led me to a choice I wouldn't have made if I was made aware that I didn't need a new hitch to pull my pop up camper.

Was quoted a higher price 3 months ago and went in was told figure on 2 hours so I took paperwork with me. Price was over Hundred dollars less and job was done in one hour and ten minutes hitch and new trailer lighting. A Great job.

I rented a moving van in 10 minutes.
U-Haul my be a small company in Newark but the treat their customers respectfully.
