“We drove from Columbus to Newark Ohio to look at a vehicle. Upon our test drive we noticed the brakes were not quite correct we let the owner know of the situation and he immediately responded with we'll check it and found new rotors and brake pads were needed. He ask to give his mechanic an hour or so and that he could get parts delivered from Auto zone that is 7 minutes away. We went to lunch at the Earthworks lounge and before we could finish brunch he called and let us know it had been repaired. It was repaired and completed correct! Per a txt from me the prior day asking if the oil had been changed they immediately changed the oil and filled the gas tank with fuel. Bravo Highly recommend.”
