I have been a pharmacy patient for 15+ years. In the last six months there has been nothing but problems with the pharmacist and my prescriptions. My prescriptions have not changed. I have been on the same medication for 20 years. There is a new pharmacist that has worked there for approximately the last six months and he has all of my prescriptions a complete mess!!! I DO NOT recommend anybody to go to this pharmacy! The new pharmacist that is there has EVERYTHING a complete disaster!

Good place to start a pharmacy. Anytime we need a prescription filled, they either don’t have it or only have 1/2 of the prescription.

Prescription was sent in last night came to the pharmacy when it opened the lady said 45 minutes to put a few antibiotic pills in a container and scan it !! My kid has walking pneumonia it's messed up I've already been here 30 minutes waiting and now I'm waisting gas in the cold out here waiting on a prescription that can be done in less than 15 minutes for 45minutes!!
My son has a fever of 102 today
I'm pissed I'm now making a report with the BBB about this !!I'll post a screenshot of that when I'm done!! I will be contacting my legal team today about this also

I encourage anyone who can, to NOT GO TO WALGREENS. Their pharmacy hours are NOT visibly posted. They gave me the WRONG MEDICINE ENTIRELY for a prescription, which if you were unaware, can be so dangerous it can lead to death. Make sure to check any pills you receive from Walgreens against the description of the pill given on your bottle. When I called to get this fixed I was told by the pharmacy employee that I could come “any time” today. They DID NOT mention lunch hours. They also DO NOT mention lunch hours in their texts when they tell you your medicine is ready. I met another woman on my way out who was ALSO going to the pharmacy at their “lunch hours” time, who also did not know they closed at any time during the day!!!!!! This is wildly unacceptable, every single bit of it. I feel bad for the employees, I think they should all quit. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to GIANT EAGLE instead. I’ve never had a problem with them.

My fiancé had oral surgery and a small script for 5mg Norco — he is a regular customer and is never prescribed narcotics. The pharmacist continued to make us wait over an hour and didn’t want to fill the script. My fiancé had gauze and blood in his mouth. The tech described the pharmacist as “cautious “— I describe him as rude and profiling. There was nothing wrong with the prescription. He simply did not want to fill it.
Sir— it’s not your moral responsibility to deem who is worthy and who is not worthy of filling prescriptions.

The automated system is always messing up, the text alerts are a mess and the pharmacists and techs have zero customer service. It's like they feel we need the meds, so they can treat us any way they want and there's nothing we can do about it. They're never kind, always treat you like you are a bother and are very short. It's not just Walgreens though, it's the majority of pharmacies anymore!

Stays packed somehow still waiting on prescription to be filled since November 2 never get an answer staff always has same excuses packed up for an hour but turns into weeks DO NOT USE THIS Pharmacy you'll never get your meds and always deal with rude staff I'll be dead before I can get my C.o.p.d medicine supposed to take it twice a day haven't been able to get them for almost a month this location is a patient hazard needs to be closed down

I have had horrible experiences with several different pharmacies since moving to the area, but the people here are awesome! When my medication was out of stock the pharmacist called me ahead of time to let me know so I didn't waste my time driving there. She also suggested several alternative options including other pharmacies that may have it available. This is what customer service should look like!!! Way to go guys!

Do not work here. I worked here 30 days with no problems. Everyone was friendly and always said I am lovely to work with and how I was doing such a good job and always friendly to everyone. One Manger decided I was asking for too much help while he was doing truck. This said Manger thought it was okay to be very rude to me with his tone of voice. He looked mad and was very shakey . He made me cry 3 times though out my shift and talking down on me in a very inappropriate way. He said if I kept asking for his help he got the okay from my boss to send me home early. Upset because I wasn't doing anything wrong I just deeply apologize to him and let him know I will not be asking so meany questions. I said it in a very sweet tone but it kept happening with his comments and I broke down andcried. A costermer witnessing the niss treatment, said costermer stood up for me because I would not due to the fact i really wanted the job and it was a perfect fit for me. As said costermer stood up for me said costermer left store and I was chased out of the store as he was saying, " get out of my store !!" While I was still trying to grab my stuff. Remember how he was shaking with anger last time ? He was so mad a costermer stood up for me he was once again shaking with anger on the phone with my boss at the same time he was raising his voice at me telling me to leave. He even raised his voice at said costermer who had the whole thang on recording. I wish bosses listened to their employees or at least try to get their side of thangs. I will not work for a company that allows this behavior with their management team. I did not deserve this treatment . All my basic human rights was violated . Unfortunately I seen this enough to know said manger will keep their job and I will be punshised by losing my job. It's a shame because I am a grate fit for this job. Update: Manger took veidos of me without me knowing. I hope he got all my crying and him yelling at me on veido and as always the Manger kept his job and i lost mine. to the costermer who reported him miss treating me and you, thank ufor standing up for me because I did not.

cashier was extremely rude. i was a few cents off and didn’t have any extra money to pay for a specific item, and when i asked for my money back because i couldn’t pay, she slammed my money on the desk, and wouldn’t let go until i asked three more times.
