Jamie is amazing. She was able to explain everything and it made sense. She did not offer me more than what I really needed. This kind of customer service is not found anywhere. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions. She communicates and always responds. I could not be happier with my new policies.

I cannot thank Jaime enough for the help she has given my family over the past 5 years.She goes above and beyond every time to make sure the job is done.Case in point I was thrown a literal day before curve ball by my bank on a new home build, messaged Jaime because I was lost. She took care of everything in less than an hour.I was dealing with this while I was also on the other side of the country, needless to say I didn’t have to stress after calling Jaime.She goes to bat for her customers every time; honestly I feel sorry for anyone that gets in her way. This woman is steamrolling if you stand in the way of her customer; that’s the kind of service that has been missing from other companies I have used.You get Jaime when you shop with Wright/Dolbow insurance, and that’s a good card to have in your pocket.
