I rented an outdoor space to park my camper over the past three months. Communication from the owner was fast and direct. Last week I had my fender dented and a tire slashed out of view of the cameras. The response I received when I reported this was that you park at your own risk.

Wonderful experience with Chagrin Valley Mini Storage! We rented a unit for ~ 2 years and Greg was accommodating, friendly, and easy to get ahold of/very quick to respond the entire time! I compared pricing with several different self-storage places in the area and Greg was always extremely fair with what he charged. The facility is gated and you can only access it with a personalized gate code, there are cameras on the property & good lighting, which I liked for safety and convenience, especially if you're accessing it in the evenings or at night.

Place is awesome. It's clean, never crowded. Doesn't seem like a "storage park" I wouldn't recommend anywhere else

We've been storing stuff there for 5 years and everyone has been very responsive and professional. Always willing to help in any way that they can. Units are great and location is very safe.

I've been using this facility for the past yr. It's gated around the entire establishment which make my belongings feel safe and secure. The location is perfect from where I work and live so I can either grab stuff on way in or going home. U need a code to get into facility and u have the option of using one of their padlocks or purchasing one yourself. I've emailed the owner on several occasions about questions and concerns and he's very prompt and accessible. I definitely recommend:)
