11030 Kinsman Road, Newbury OH 44065
“They stock premium treats, foods, toys and training accessories for my Sheltie, Queenie. She is my support dog and hears for me when I don’t have my hearing aids in, so it’s important that she gets the best. The staff fitted her for a harness, leash and collar. They are very knowledgeable. I’m happy with the service and products they provide.”

“From what we hear our dog Beau gets along well with the other dogs and has a great time. It means a great deal to us that we feel he is well taken care of. He is sweet and goofy and I think the caregivers enjoy him which means a lot to us.”

12285 Ravenna Rd, Chardon OH 44024
“Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I was greeted and asked if I needed help as soon as I walked in . With a frost advisory, the plants were already indoors. Marcs still had them outside so they'll be stunted. Got everything I needed and they still load your car , a rare service.”

“I’ve been here for 8 years and will never find a better barn than this one. It’s like a big family of horses and people. I’ve found forever friends and a forever home for my horse, Barbie.”

8299 E Washington St, Chagrin Falls OH 44023
“I recently met Rudy and he is a gem. Helpful, engaging and knowledgeable. Best of all competitive for a small business as his pricing matches or beats what I can buy at local greenhouses, and even chains. Bought hot pepper bird seed and suet there, again at a competitive price and he has a rewards card. Nice to support someone who is local and so likable.”

540 Water Street, Chardon OH 44024
“4 stars mostly because of the very friendly staff working at this location. We buy our cat food here and bring our dog with us, the employees at checkout are always a joy to chat with and we love the variety of treats they give to dogs, it led to us purchasing a brand of treats that they were giving out one day.”

425 Water St, Chardon OH 44024
“Every experience I have here is top notch! Every person here really cares about animals, and knows so much that they probably shouldn't even be working at an average pet store! I love coming here and it is the highlight of my weeks every time I have to come and stock up on supplies. Special thanks to one worker who always brings a pleasant experience, I don't remember his name, but if you see a man with a red beard walking around and you need to know anything about reptiles, he's got you and your pleasant pet store experience!! Thank you Chardon Pet Supplies Plus!!!!!”

“I use this store mainly for site to store pickup but everytime I come in here, all the staff is very friendly. Orders placed online are ready to be picked up very fast too. Sometimes 30min or less after placing the order! Obviously the selection is also very large and pricing is fairly good.”
