I've been unable to sign into my online acct for 2years+ now. Been to the branch for help twice. Called the 800 number 3 times. Nobody has had a single clue how to solve the issue. Also, in the last year alone, the ATM has refused my COMPANY paycheck 4 TIMES. I WISH Chase would've stayed.
