Only by appointment, 15 min. unloaded maybe next day , almost 2 hours unloaded after appointment time , driver bring food, -0*,newer again

I’ve delivered here several times. In and out in two hours or less. A little bit tight backing in, but otherwise no problems. They have a bathroom and vending machines.

One of the worst places they gave me door 6am and now 11:30 am still not unloaded I gave 2 stars because they have overnight parking and clean restroom

Yes, lots of truck parking at the Taco Bell, McDonald's & Speedway across the street. I strongly suggest you view it on Google Earth. So, you cross over the railroad tracks & go down to the orange Business Park sign. There's a sign saying "MSI Express" but no sign saying "truck entrance". Turn in there at that 1st driveway, anyway. Go down that little driveway & park to the left of the concrete...short square posts. Otherwise you'll be blindside backing. And don't be a d!(k like the Schaffer driver in my picture, taking up 2 parking spots. Always try to be considerate of others. We are all just trying to do.our job.
Anyway, walk to the blue awning by the employee parking lot. If it's your 1st time here, they'll make a copy of your drivers license. Give them your bills & your phone number. They'll send someone out to break your seal. There are vending machines in the room where you check in. A restroom, too, I believe. I found the employees here to be very nice.
Appointment: 10:30 a.m. Arrived: 9:34. Called to dock: 11:45. Called to p/u signed bills:2;20 p.m. While waiting for a door, another Crete driver pulled in next to me & took up 2 spaces. JB daycab w/2 men in it parked behind me so I couldn't back up to dock. Jerk refused to move, blamed it on how everyone else parked (nonsense!) & I had to go inside & tattle on him. Someone came out & made him move. What is the matter with people these days? Business here is supposed to come to a complete stop because JB couldn't park where he thought he should?

Not sure if it’s just me but this place is far from a good place got here at 6:15 they were already checking in drivers so checked in and have been sitting since wait for a door definitely won’t be coming back

Arrived at 11:30 for 12:00 appointment. Gave me a door right away. Paperwork ready at 12:05. Overnight parking is available. Good business

It's easy to find, half a mile away there is parking near a McDonald's where you can spend the night. You can spend the night in the yard, but there is not enough space and it is dirty after the rain. The people are very friendly. At registration you need to have a driver's license with you. If there are trucks in the parking lot, the access to the dock is not very convenient. And be ready for long time unloading!!!
