We called Bliss and they got us in the very next day, during the exam they found that the hole was caused from a warbler and had to cut and remove the worm from our kittens neck. They sent us with ointment, some medicine for the discomfort and inflammation, and did a full exam and gave all vaccines. The office was staff was so friendly, and the service was good. 10/10 recommend.”
