T.C. and his crew at AutoSmith went above and beyond to troubleshoot an issue with my vehicle that other car shops estimated me three times as much to fix. Their knowledge and efforts that went into fixing a convoluted issue with my vehicle was greatly appreciated, and saved me thousands of dollars. I took three business cards on my way out, and will recommend AutoSmith to any friend or family member that requires car service.

Driving from Warren to Columbus, OH…my truck developed a serious driveline vibration. Checked with a truck stop off the highway and someone said to see AutoSmith. T.C and Steve got me on the lift and immediately found my rear Dually axle had destroyed a wheel bearing. New parts locally delivered and a few hours later, I was back on the road and safely home a couple hours after that. Wonderful shop and gentlemen…couldn’t ask for better service.

Wow I can’t say enough about how amazing these guys are. From the initial phone call, I was treated with kindness and respect, and the experience just got better and better as we went along.
Our 2nd vehicle is old and quirky and hasn’t been serviced in quite some time. I knew I needed a lot of work done, and have been putting it off out of fear. Turns out I didn’t need to. The guys at AutoSmith know what they’re doing, and they treat all their customers amazing.
They don’t price gauge you or try to fix things that aren’t absolutely critical. They send you a detailed diagnosis (with pictures?!) of all current and future issues. Tackling what’s needed the most, they work with you to explain in depth the work that needs done, the cost, and what you can expect. No talking down to me because I’m a girl, or any of the other things I’ve come to worry about when taking a vehicle in.
I had multiple in depth services performed and I was able to pick up my car in two days. The quote I was given, was the price I paid when I picked my car up. No surprises! I paid a large chunk of change to have my car all fixed up, but I know for a fact it could have been double or triple what I paid at another place.
You can’t put a price on feeling safe again in your own vehicle. My little car is running like a dream! You also can’t put a price on excellent customer service. I will never take my cars anywhere else, and I’m grateful we have such a honest and caring mechanic in town!

T.C. is truly incredible, could hug him for helping us through this nightmare. My car is running great. It is so hard to find honest, affordable mechanics anymore like these guys. These are amazing people you can definitely trust.
