If they see a dog…who are in a kennel with zero chance of getting out they just keep on driving. 4th time in a last 4 months I’m getting packages days late…and have to call. Wish we had our old guy back…this never happened! Going on a week late on a current package that is still at the post office also because you can’t get a hold of them.

The staff here is short and rude,
they just walk off to go have a conversation with a coworker in the back while a line of people wait .They just throw your stuff with no care in the world and they constantly "misplace" things that's are supposed to be sent out.

Service was very curt and unhelpful. I was treated as though my basic questions were a waste of time and the servicelady was disgusted. Please fix civics classes if it’s that much of a problem.

Just negligent!! I've been very patient and reasonable with this ongoing problem(s) at this post office. They keep returning my mail back to the sender without explaining it to me. So i got a PO box hoping it'll fix that. The problem remains. I've tried to ask for solutions and comply, and still the same issue. I have a digital footprint of my business package being in their facility, and for some reason, it ends up in another state on the same day. I was told once that it was sent to PA facility to be destroyed...Really!! Thats Unacceptable!! So, if anyone is looking for a solution, contact the SSA OIG government agency. Bc something has to give.

It would be really nice if when I was getting certified letters that needed a signature. If my mailman would actually come up to my door to get my signature I watched him pull up to my box and leave go out to get the mail and I have a notice That I have a certified letter that needs to have a signature that he never bothered to get and of course you can’t call the post office so there’s no way to even complain about it do better ?

The new delivery worker in my area has caused a few packages to be delivered late. She sees the dogs out, that are friendly, and just keeps going. She doesn't even bother to pull in the driveway and honk. If the dogs are out, someone is home. I want our old guy back. He was awesome and our dogs loved him.

These folks refuse to deliver packages. They leave slips without knocking or trying at all. Calling is pointless as you will be disconnected after waiting 20 mins. Not to mention I'm constantly getting other people's mail, makes me wonder where my sensitive mail is being delivered. Really disappointed.

The lady who works up front is amazing. She knows her stuff. She is kind and very helpful. She helped me package a gift for my dad to send in the mail.

Absolutely terrible. The mail carriers WILL NOT get out of their vehicles in order to attempt to deliver packages or postage that requires a signature. All they do is leave a note, maybe.Like who cares if its time sensitive material. They don't. Its asking way too much for them to do their job.Also post office also doesn't answer the phone so don't bother calling to try and complain. Nothing will be done.

Had a package that needed a signature instead of knocking on the door theybsat on the road and honked the horn and then put a missed delivery slip in the mail box. Tried to call the post office about this and no ones answered just rang and rang until it automatically disconnected
