“Absolutely convenient to have an ATM accessible from a vehicle in this plaza. Too many times too few ATMs in plazas like this and it's nice to be able to have a quick spot to grab some cash and continue shopping here. Very clean ATM, fast and intuitive and if you bank here no fees at all of any kind. “Today was the last day of a stressful week. At the last minute I booked a same day appointment with Marciana. Marciana is a experienced and skilled stylist specializing in natural hair. I was pleased that she welcomed me and worked with scheduling issues. The salon was clean and professional. Other stylist were nice and offer conversation to all customers. I was even able to add on a nail service!!! The nail technician was experienced and kind! (which is often hard to find) Thank you so much everyone. My hair looks and feels amazing. And I love my sparkly gel nails! I’ll be back for sure. This place is a hidden gem.”

“My son needed to open a checking account so his summer job could process payroll through direct deposit. We walked in the door about ten minutes prior to closing. Andy Dearing, Branch Manager, was incredible! He told us not to stress over the time. He would help us and make sure everything was set up correctly. He spoke to my son in a very caring and professional manner. Offered advice on the dos and don'ts of owning a debit/credit card. He used meaningful examples to which my son could relate. Before we wrapped up, he told my son when to expect to receive his debit card. Once it arrived, Andy asked for my son to return so they could set up online banking and the virtual wallet. He shook my son's hand and treated him like an adult. Offered his business card and encouraged him to reach out if he needed anything. We returned today to set up the online banking. Andy was just as friendly and professional as before. I'm very thankful for Andy. He gave my son sound advice to help him start on a firm financial path. The rest is up to us.”

“This is a nice big Target with aisles that are plenty wide. The shelves were pretty well stocked in all the departments we visited. There was one section of clearance clothing that was trashed- clothes all thrown together, falling off the racks, etc. The women's restroom also needed a good cleaning- trash on the floors, dirty surfaces. But overall, not a bad Target.”
“It is great to be back after feeling a little under the weather and losing my internet for awhile. I have been helping my dad run some errands lately and have been to this branch several times recently. I can not tell you anything about the interest rate they pay on savings accounts or CD's or many of their other services. My dad has a checking and savings account with U.S. Bank. What I can tell you is about the atmosphere and the service at this nice little Bank in Ft. Thomas. When my dad enters the branch he receives a warm and friendly greeting of "hello Mr. Meier." There is a Christmas tree in the lobby and my dad is waited on within a minute or so. His last transaction included both putting in money and getting a certified check for a family gift. It was completed quickly and concluded with "happy holidays." On a table in the lobby there is always a bowl of hard candy that I can not resist. This time of the year they have holiday trivia questions. Did you know that the song "Sleigh Ride" was written as a Thanksgiving song. I suggest that you check out this branch for friendly financial and banking services.”
