“This is my favorite place!! If you're looking for anything and I mean ANYTHING jungle Jim's in Cincinnati Oh is the spot. Nice clean and everyone in the store is so helpful! The food was looks fresh and prepped like it was just shopped and laid out in the store. They have restaurants coffee shops they got it you name. Love this place and will be back”
“They have a massive store a wide selection. Surprisingly, some of the drinks my international friends wanted were in small supply/a different form than usual (think certain syrups for cocktail mixers), but overall we were able to find what we needed :)”
“Went for the Thursday night wine and cheese pairing with a few friends. The experience was great. The staff did an amazing job explaining the different wines and pairings. Was very willing to answer any questions we had. They even had gluten free crackers for those with allergies. It is great to have such a wonderful wine bar in Pleasant Ridge. “I’ve been shopping and “sipping” at this location for 3 years.There’s a lot of inventory in this small mom and pop shop.I wanted to break down the place so all newbies know how to navigate through the store.Wine- No worries, Lehrs offers a big selection of inventory. Also- Steph is friendly and knowledgeable as a sommelier.Beer- Riley’s your guy. I love talking and sipping beer with him.Butcher- Folks, these guys know what’s up. I’ve had the courage to create some amazing dinner parties because of the collaboration I had with the staff. Props to Jake and crew for all the love over the years.Deli- top notch for sandwiches and soups. The go to meals have been a life saver for busy week nights. Flavorful, fresh and good quality.Frozen- Check out the freezer section for quality meal options. We have tried every sausage and soup they offer. Talk to the staff about what you’re looking for. “We held our rehearsal dinner in the Cellar of Oakley Wines, and it far exceeded everything we could have dreamed of! The space was perfect for our ~30-person event making it feel cozy and warm. The food was incredible, and we loved the small plate, family style layout that enabled lots of networking and mingling among families. It felt more like a fun cocktail party than a formal sit-down dinner, which was exactly the vibe we wanted! The staff was amazing to work with and accommodated several food allergens. I would 100% recommend Oakley Wines for your next event!”

“I come in often for drinks and odds and ends. Staff is always friendly and I've never had issues on that front. I'm usually peeking around for harder to find spirits and I've had success here a few times. Solid store picks, good selection and pricing. They also seem to do a good amount of lottery when I'm there. They have a good selection of wine and beer- enough to keep me entertained and I'm always looking for something new.”

“Second time here but it's been many many years since I've been here. The wine machines were new to me, definitely a great add. You load x amount of money on their card and drink as you please. I think there were about 8-10 to choose from. You can do 2-3oz pours each taste or a full glass ($2-9 range) This is completely self service and at your own pace. This allowed us to chit chat and hang around as long as we saw fit. I loaded $20 on the card and that was enough for me. Plenty of seating. They no longer offer wine flights or tastings, just the machines now, that worked for us.”
“Service is fast and friendly. The staff helps me unload and load the propane tanks which is much appreciated. I know it's changed owners a few times but I've been going there for 40 plus years and my wife goes there nearly every day. We definitely appreciate the convenience and the service.”
“This was a great experience. I didn't have a brew that I didn't like at this place. I'm a stout guy and there was a healthy selection of those. There are a lot of places that go all-in on ipas, but this place has something for everyone. The staff is friendly and my glass was never empty for longer than it took me to decide my next beer. “Liquor King is a great alternative to the fast paced environment of a big box liquor store. They have everything you could ever need. I try to always visit this store over a corporate store and recommend it to my friends nearby. The service is always friendly and helpful, and they always remember their customers. They also provide a variety of snacks for sale, including candy and chips. Go check these guys out!”

“Visited this location after looking for peppermint schnapps and Irish cream for holiday drinks. They have a good selection of liquor here but some of the pricing was 25 percent higher than for the same product down the street. I bought one item here and then went down the street to purchase the other. The staff were nice enough. It would be great if their pricing was more competitive and consistent. Overall a good place to stop if you need something quick.”

“Not as big or as good of service as the main stores in Louisville. A few associates were very friendly. One lady cashier (older lady) must not been having a good day. I inquired about discounts and she was abrupt and not helpful.Still, it has a good inventory and my first option as a Cincinnatian who crosses the river for bourbon.”

“I just love this wine store. It's so much more but for me it's the wine and service that keeps me coming back again and again. They know their wine and the region it comes from. Heading out to Italy. They carry Italian wine from the Piedmont region so I've been getting up to speed. It's a cute and eclectic spot with a great selection and variety.
